Originally from Southern California, this self-taught artist has been honing her skills as a painter for 40 years, half of that time spent in Arizona. Once part of a collective group of artists, she found herself branching out and trying new directions.

“It’s so liberating to expand your horizons, pushing one’s own abilities with color, substrates and subject matter, not being afraid to fail, but knowing to keep trying till you see something pleasing. I still keep striving, enjoying the process, pushing the boundaries, but never stop learning.”

I was shopping for a couple of pieces of custom artwork. Robert was great to show me a whole stack of unframed artwork and allowed me to send photos of the art to my client.
